“Those who have a 'why' to live, can bear with almost any 'how.'”

We are rejoicing in the waiting room today because we are now on the road to recovery.

The MRI is clear.
My dad is off the ventilator.
He should be talking soon.
The doctors are smiling . . . an expression we haven't seen all week.

So now we pray for my dad's healing and rest. Praise God that these are our prayers.

I am so proud of my dad. The amount of fight that he has for us. This is a miracle and our laments have turned to praise.

We are forever changed.

  1. We just found out about Dwight's situation this morning and we want you to know we started praying immediately! We were so encouraged to log on and see good news first thing! To all the Samuelson's and your family, we are so sorry you've had to go through this, but you're right that God is good. All the time. We are praying for a full recovery for Dwight and for courage and the peace that passes understanding for all of you. In Christ,
    Sara and Chris Gredenius
